The Fitness Studio

Our fitness studio is at the heart of our facility. We have designed a tranquil and inviting space for you to exercise from. It has a full range of cardiovascular equipment, pin-loaded strength machines and a free weight area including our bespoke wooden weight stack and rig. We also have a unique internal rock climbing wall.

As well as having the freedom to work out individually from 5:00 - 22:00 7 days a week our fitness studio also offers you the opportunity to train in a group. Our functional fitness area has the space to move freely. This is where you can join one of our group training classes to be part of a collective conditioning experience. Our aim here is to offer you an inclusive, safe and motivational space-enhancing your Taha Tinana (physical well-being).
