Here we have created a space to make you feel relaxed and at home. With green views outside and touches of nature throughout we utilised as many sustainable materials as possible. It’s a place to disengage from the business of life finding tranquillity through practice within a beautiful environment. Choose from one of our many classes offered on the timetable, or indulge in some self-practice as you can access the studio anytime outside of the schedule. Either way, we want you left with an experience that frees the body and unwinds the mind.
Our Yoga and Pilates guides are all well trained with many years of experience. They also deliver an understanding of the importance of Taha Wairua (spiritual well-being).
